What happens to your invoices and to your data on CTC Engine, in plain words.
Your invoices
Your file is sent to the conversion service only to be converted. The converted result stays available for about ten minutes so that you can view and download it, then it is discarded. Your invoices are not used for anything else and are not shared with anyone.
Visits and usage
To know how the service is used, we count visits and a few actions (a conversion started, succeeded or failed, which formats, the size range of the file, a copy or a download, a change of language) with Umami, an analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not follow you from one site to another. These counts never contain the name or the content of your files.
Cookies and storage
CTC Engine does not use any cookie, and saves nothing on your device. The language is the one of the page you open: French pages start with /fr.
Limits and technical data
To keep the service available for everyone, the number of conversions each visitor can run is limited, which uses your IP address for a short time. Like any web server, ours may keep technical logs (address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting.
